"The Plan"

Our Services with Trina/T1 Energy

TKO began it's contract with Trina Solar in February 2024, with volume staffing services beginning in September 2024. TKO has enjoyed and benefited from its partnership ever since. As T1 Energy has taken over, needs and requests have changed. These changes have had a positive effect on the way we service T1 Energy. Included in these are new orientation schedules, communication of openings, reporting, meetings, and communication with us at TKO. While recognizing these changes, we understand that we must revise our staffing plan to fit the environment and the needs for our services. Below are some of these changes we are implementing immediately.

TKO will display and make our service level reporting visible for T1 Energy. These will be updated on a weekly basis. Currently, we will have the reports below available for T1 Energy, but we can add any additional information that will be beneficial.

Measuring and Maintaining On-Site Support

In the past, our on-site staffing support relied primarily on the Account Manager to communicate resource needs, updates, results, and projections. While the Onsite Account Manager continues to play a vital role, TKO upper management will now take on a greater level of involvement in the staffing process.

Every morning, our On-Site Representatives will have a morning call with either our Operations Manager, President & CEO, or our Vice-President of Sales.

In addition to the morning calls, there will be a morning meeting between upper management and on-site support to review and relevant KPI reporting.

Every Friday, TKO upper management will send an email to our T1 contact requesting any feedback on our staffing services from the week. If there are no updates or concerns, the email can simply be ignored or deleted. Since everyone is busy with their own responsibilities, this provides T1 management with a consistent channel to share feedback—even during weeks when scheduling a call isn’t possible.

TKO President & CEO, Mike Jones, will have an active role in reviewing service reports and ensuring they are kept up to date.

Time Keeping

TKO onsite support will be responsible for doing a better job overseeing our employees in the time clock. By doing this, a large percentage of potential challenges will be eliminated. Managing the time clock will include:

  • After each shift change, review for missed punches and immediately contact the missing employee and communicate with that employee's supervisor.

  • Tardiness- counsel and, if needed, take disciplinary action with the late employee.

  • Review any employee who leaves early the day before. After discussing with the employee, communicate with their supervisor if needed.

  • (Weekly) Review total hours for the previous week and communicate with any employee working less than 32 hours the week prior.

  • While managing the time clock in the areas above, notate everything in ADP.

TKO Back Office Administrator, Jenna Willis, will take an active role in supporting our onsite staff to ensure all responsibilities are completed accurately and thoroughly.

One of the common aspects of the top 10% of all staffing companies is the focus and priority placed on an Availability List. There are numerous reasons for this, but lowering turnover rates, increasing fill times, and having a high "show-up" rate are all part of maintaining this roster.

Our current availability list for T1 Energy is updated daily. Everyone on the list has been prescreened and is ready to go to work. As a rule for all TKO StaffPros LLC clients, our goal is to have candidate availability equaling 30% of our active workforce. While this is difficult and challenging to maintain at times, it keeps our Staffing Coordinators actively recruiting for clients, even when there may be no openings.

TKO Operations Manager, April Padgett, will have an active role in reviewing and monitoring our Availability list to ensure it styas up to datend remains viable for T1 Energy open positions.
